We are an English-speaking* congregation of about 150 people, coming from a variety of ethnic, denominational, and cultural backgrounds. We are committed to the centrality of the Word of God, salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, celebrative worship, and life together as a community. 当教会は150人程の英語を基本にした (日本語へ同時通訳あり) 会衆で人種的にも、宗派的にも、文化的にも様々な背景の方々が集っています。神様の御言葉が中心で、イエスキリストへの信仰のみで救われること、祝福の礼拝、共にコミュニティーを生きていくことに専念しています。
We have in-person worship services. We meet from 10:00-11:15 am. 礼拝は10:00 amから11:15 am頃迄対面で行われています。

Our Mission: Kurume Bible Fellowship is a diverse church community where our worship is earnest (Psalm 63:1), our study of the Bible is comprehensive (Romans 15:4), our fellowship is healing (1 John 1:7), and our service is sincere (1 Peter 1:22) KBFは多様な教会のコミュニティーで、礼拝は熱心に行い(詩篇63篇1節)、聖書の学びは包括的で (ローマ人への手紙15章4節)、交わりには心身の癒しがあり (ヨハネの手紙第一1章7節)、奉仕は誠実である (ペテロの手紙第一1章22節)。
Brief History: Kurume Bible Fellowship (KBF) began as a worship group started by several families of Christian missionaries who came to Japan in the early 1960s. Later, a church board (now the church council) was formed and the first pastor was invited in the 1970s. Over the next 40 to 50 years, the church was able to invite several capable pastors from overseas, and today it is an active Protestant international Christian church with about 150 people attending Sunday services. Over the past decade or so, a pastoral team has been formed with the addition of several Japanese pastors to further strengthen the church’s mission to Japan, a country with few Christians.
沿革： 久留米バイブルフェローシップ（KBF）は、1960年代初頭に来日したキリスト教宣教師の家族数人が始めた礼拝グループから始まりました。その後、教会委員会（現在の教会カウンシル）が設立され、1970年代に最初の牧師が招かれました。その後40～50年の間に、海外から有能な牧師を何人か招聘することができ、現在では日曜礼拝に150人ほどが参加する活発なプロテスタント系国際キリスト教会となっています。過去10年ほどの間に、クリスチャンの少ない日本への教会の宣教をさらに強化するために、数人の日本人牧師を加えて牧師チームが結成されています。
